Sport Day

It was wonderful to be back for our Sports day this year and see all the girls take part in a festival of athletics.  It has been a joy to teach the girls this term, so it was super to see them show case their skills in various track and field events. Every single girl has made huge improvements and this was reflected with the performances during a very exciting Sports Day. Personal bests were achieved and records were broken in Year 4 , 5 and 6 on the field in Shot Putt and Turbo Javelin and on the track in Year 5, the 200m record was broken. The day finished with the traditional last run for Year 6 with Mrs Clarke.  Well done to Rowan House, this years overall winners, but well done to all the girls for the enthusiasm, support and passion.
